Buddhist introductory lecture

For anyone who would like to learn more about meditation, we explain the basics of Buddhism on the first Wednesday of every month at 7 pm and then meditate together. There is an opportunity for questions and dialogue on all evenings. A guided meditation for newcomers takes place every Wednesday at 8 pm.
